Nice report, but we don't allow "swim" or similar aliases here. It doesn't really aid you from a legal perspective and it makes for a confusing read. So if you could go ahead and correct that and refer to yourself in first person, it would be much appreciated.
Also, at the top of the Trip Reports page there's a format for titling your reports. This makes it easier to categorize threads. I'll go ahead and change that for you

Man in the future, work your doses up slower so benzos aren't required. Really they should be reserved for emergencies only, but this is just me.
Whatever it was, no doubt you were supposed to work through it and drowning it out with Benzos probably didn't do you much good in the long run. Just my opinion.
