MS Contin 15mg, Soma 350mg, Tramadol 50mg. Best combo?

I have 60 MS Contin 25mg, 180 Soma 350mg, and 180 Tramadol 50mg.

With that said, what is the best combo to catch a high? Right now, I combine 4 tramadol with 3 soma 3x daily and it is amazing but MS Contin is new to my list. Any suggestions guys/gals?
