Hi need to taper off morphine had access to morphine oxycodone odd days but mainly except odd days been taking instant 120-300mg a day mostly around 150.
Anyway im prescribed 60mg twice a day, which im going to cut in half the mscontin as it dont break the time release the doctor even said when my tablet broke in packet, I feel like shit off just taking the 60mg properly not sick but no energy.
Also Im only on 8mg diazepam a day but ive just got access to 20mg diazepam plus another 20 from my prescription and 6 zopiclone 7.5mg if i start the taper tomoz will this help. I also have multi vitamin supplement and a supplement with bit of caffeine l tyrosine l theanine vitamin b1 and b12 might have b6.
I also have found 7 30mg co codamol shall I use these to help taper the first day.
Unfortunately I have no cannabis.
And its the boredom what gets to me and somedays I get really depressed and the opiates are making that worse when it wears off but tbf 5mg morphine a hour is not doing it for me.
I want to get down to 90mg a day.
