Opioids Morphine Questions

Hey guys first time post, longtime reader. I used H, Fentynol n crack for over 11 years. I achieved 2years clean in August. I recently have been rendered disabled and require morphine for pain management. I have 15mg IR pills and 30mg ER. I Do NOT want to start IV'n again. But I wonder if it's better to snort or just swallow em orally If I wanted to catch a buzz. Any advice would be great. Only pills I ever used was opana back in 07ish

I overdosed with 400mg a day codeine tolerance on 100mg er

People just compare it to oxy and say ifs shif. Ten mg is 100mg codeine
