Hey there so I just missed a shot earlier today and now it's starting to bruise any advice on what I should do now will be appreciated

Bruising going away and still a bit tough when I push up on it but hasn't gotten any worse

That is really good to hear, sounds like you'll be fine. Still be careful with it though, and avoid injecting in that area for a while, to make sure it's healed properly.
