Missed shot of cocaine in neck- help

I've missed a shot of cocaine in my neck and do not want to go to the hospital as I'm sure they will involuntarily commit me. Has this happened to anyone else and it healed on its own? It is painful but I am putting ice on it and taking an antibiotic. I created an account just to ask about this so forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong forum. Thank you for your feedback

you do not want a neck abcess my dude. ideally you should go to the er now but if not now definitely go at the first sign of any infection. dont fuck with the neck anymore. find the femaral or the big one in your armpit if you have no other option.

Taking an oral antibiotic won't help if you have an abscess. Don't play with your life because you're afraid you may get in trouble! Medical professionals are there to help and not lock you up.
