Hi I was wondering if there is anyone who can tell me something more about a tramadol30mg./tramadol hydrochrolide30mg. pill that is suppose to be for pain. I know there are 50mg tramadol pills but the ones I have are the 30/30 and I am not sure if they are addicting but they help put me to sleep.

Yes Tramadol is addictive for some people as it's an opiate. They're mainly used for pain, and not for sleep. Try talking to your doctor about your sleep issues and if possible get a sleep study done if you have issues with sleeping such as trouble falling asleep, insomnia, etc. Stay safe.
