Metoclopramide is a medication used to treat nausea mainly but it works in an interesting way: it binds to dopamine receptors acting as an antagonist. Therefore stimulants theoretically appear to be potentiated.

I started experimenting with this recently and felt a slight increase in euphoria, but it could well be placebo. Would be interesting to see an actual study on this. Anyone ever heard of this interaction?

Metoclopramide will inhibit some of effect of amps by inhibiting them from agonisting dopamine 3 receptors so with enough dosage it will block hypersexuality , impulsivity, anti restless leg syndrome effect of amps/or any other dopamine releasing agent/ reuptake inhibitor

so it does the opposite
Are you saying it would block hyper sexuality of meth? That would be very useful I think.

Interesting. But I really don’t like mixing different drugs. I’m a purist. But I could be much more productive on meth if it was less pro-sexual.
