Methamphetamine ain't getting me high

Daily use builds tolerance quickly. It also builds a perceived tolerance where since you’re coming from a state of being high or coming down to high repeatedly, you’re just getting accustomed to the feeling as well.

I will tell you one thing... if you are smoking heroin or meth and you feel like you need a break.... YOU DO need a break.

although taking a break does work, they havent told you every step by step on how to raise your tolerance by 90%

im not a scientist, but what i heard from what other people have told me, is that 4 days of rest with out the meth brings your dopamine levels up by 90%

What is the dopamine diet?
  • Dairy foods such as milk, cheese and yogurt.
  • Unprocessed meats such as beef, chicken and turkey.
  • Omega-3 rich fish such as salmon and mackerel.
  • Eggs.
  • Fruit and vegetables, in particular bananas.
  • Nuts such as almonds and walnuts.
  • Dark chocolate.
 
Been using meth for 26 years off and on
If you been been around then you know the old had to be better than today's stuff. My GF doesn't remember how good it was, not noticeably anyways. She just says better lol. The crap we got now I fall asleep, barely stimulated it seems. Faint headaches. Had crap looking stuff and had tiny shards that looked fake
