I agree that your contact probably means 100mgs. Measure the liquid: if there is exactly 20mls of liquid and it is quite red (or quite brown depending on if it is biodone forte or "the brown stuff") then it is probably undiluted (5mg/ml). If there is exactly 100mls of liquid, then he meant 100mls not 100mgs, but I doubt this is the case.
In Australia, the pharmacist puts a label on the bottle that says how many milligrams of methadone is in the bottle. It also states whether it is diluted or undiluted. Of course the person you get it from may have diluted it further. If you know anyone who is familiar with methadone, get them to look at the colour and tell you how diluted it looks. (I know you cannot be exact with this but it is possible to say whether it is straight, diluted or heavily diluted.)
Some states dilute it with juice or cordial rather than water. If this is the case, don't inject it. If it is diluted with water and you are going to inject (idk if you are), make sure you get a 0.22um micron filter from a needle exchange. It filters out bacteria and when you whack someone elses methadone, you don't know what's in it. Some people have terrible hygiene. One guy, I used to whack his takeaways and get a dirty hit almost everytime (His pharmacist insisted on ppl reusing their Takeaway bottles so I quit buying from him ofc). Some people take doses out of the chemist in their mouth too, and then put it in a Takeaway bottle.
I would be careful with the methadone and just try 10-20mgs at first. You don't get much of a buzz off it compared to other opiates and it takes 3-4 hours to peak in the bloodstream when taken orally so don't redose too soon as you may OD.
As for not getting a buzz from injecting it, it's not as good a buzz as whacking heroin or other opiates but it's a hell of a lot better than drinking it. I.e - you do get some type of a buzz. I find the slower you infuse it, the better the rush as it is the same rush for longer. You can also use butterfly needles which are a needle attached to a tube. much easier to get the vein, keep the vein and change over the needles (as there is increased water). Butterflies and micron filters are found at various needle exchanges in Australia, just ask around.
Another way you can take it is plugging it rectally. Just put it in a syringe and insert! I have been experimenting with this lately. Probably not worth it if it is highly diluted as I have had limited success with more than 20 millilitres.
If taking it orally, be very careful as it is easy to OD on methadone because the buzz is very subtle and it lasts so long in the system.
Good Luck
P.s - if possible, be outside the chemist when the person picks up their takeaways. If not possible then just folow the above safety instructions.
