Methadone relapse: PLEASE HELP

I jumped off at 7 mg 10 days ago. The only symptoms I had left were insomnia and restless legs. I couldn't take the restless legs anymore, I tried almost everything. I had maybe 3 mg of methadone. Will I go through withdrawals again? I chase a toddler all day. I can't function on two hours sleep in 24 hours anymore. Please someone help.
