Methadone/Oxy/tolerance question

So I was on 65mg of Methadone for about 1.5 years, and have gone to 40mg a day this past week. My question was, how long do I have to abstain from my dose until I can feel the full effects of 210mg Oxycodone and 25mg hydrocodone. And does that seem like the right dose of Oxy/Hydro for my tolerance?
This is my first BL post, just looking for some answers
