Been years, even used to moderate here.

Tapered to 1 mg. Wondering what your thoughts are on the next step. cut off completely or 1 mg every second day?

Its been a slow taper over years and been painless.

Congrats on getting off. Almost anyway. That was not an easy task I'm sure. I know you feel very proud of yourself.

I jumped off after staying on 1mg/day for 4 wks, no probs. Was on the methadone for 19 yrs & tapered down frm 55mg reducing the dose like this -

55mg - 20mg - 5mg/4wks
20mg - 10mg - 2mg/4 wks
10mg - 0mg - 1mg/4 wks
