My friend is is coming down from meth she can't quit moving she's breathing fast, she said she has a massive headache. She feels super nauseous. Is she withdrawing from meth?

I'm not a meth person to be honest but I would sometimes get like this in a crack comedown. Headache can be a sign of dehydration. Have your friend drink some water or Gatorade would help too. Also, food may help with the nausea so tell her to try and eat something.

Dependence and withdrawal from meth can happen very quickly.

Regardless of if the is withdrawing or not, it's smart to stay hydrated. She may also want to just lay down and take some OTC painkillers for the headache.

Headache was likely attributable in part to N-Iso. Those other symptoms sound like a reaction to poison or toxins.
