Stimulants Meth causing clear odor-less gunk from nether regions

Been a meth user for about 10 years, have cut back alot in the last years. Lately I've noticed lots of clear gunk coming out of me (both regions). Dosn't smell bad or anything.
Never use to happen when I was using everyday, but now it does.
Explanation, or similar things happen to you?

Also, I just smoke it, it that makes a difference.
