Meth and doctor physical

I have a quick qestion probably a really dumb one but I am about to get a doctor physical in about an hour and I just took a shot of meth probably two hours before. Should I be worried? I’m sure the doctors gonna obviously know I’m high but can I just say it’s the side effect from the Ritalin I take?

i lol'd probably not, he's going to check your heart rate and if you took a shot, well he may lower your ritalin dose or cut you off idfk, but let us know how it went since youve obviously got it over with? did he assume the ritalin was too much?
