I am trying to understand the difference between MDMA metabolites and bk-MDMA metabolites. According this several articles MDMA breaks down into MDA, HMA, and HMMA. These metabolites can be detected in urine and confirmed with a gc/ms test.

According to other articles bk-MDMA metabolites consist of MDC, HMC, and HMMC.

My question is the following: Under the Samsha 5 test, which now tests for MDMA, MDA, and MDEA and their metabolites will bk-MDMA be detected as its amphetamine counterpart or is it unique enough to not be detected?
Put simply will bk-mdma cause a failure for mdma when put through a gc/ms?
