Just wrote in the memantine thread about this and thought, that this issue is worth a new topic. I dont like stimulating substances, and achieving dissociative plateaus from DXM with no stimulation before it is impossible for me. Lets say I took a small amount of memantine (10-30 mg) to make DXM more dissociating and add 1st - 2nd plateau DXM dose on top of this. Wouldn't this mean a much more dissociating experience with less physical stimulating symptoms comparing this to high DXM plateau doses? Has anybody tried this combo?
