Misc Melatonin.

I've been taking 1.5 mgs of melatonin since 2007. I used to take it once a month, then once every two months, then once every two week,s and now, once a week. Is my body going to stop producing melatonin on its own?

No it will never stop producing melatonin, you may have withdraw were there could be an illness or head aches but for the most part you will be ok

It's pretty much a harmless supplement, but rebound insomnia might occur
