When i say $15-20, thats exacly what i mean. $15 or $20, nothing in between and im pretty sure thats what most others met.

Sure ive gotten deals where i got a dollar or two off but it was a deal, not a set price.

Im in philly and mids is 20 an eighth, 40 a quarter, 65 for a half, 120 for an o (sometimes less, ive seen as low as 90). Most headies or good kb is around 20 per g, 60 per eighth, 120 per quarter, 400 per O. quaps of mids go for around 400, headies around 1200. Pound of mids can be about 1000 as well.

Seems more like a barter system more than anything else, you are going to be offered an unweighed bag (~4g) and unless you are a chump you are walking away with less than the asking price. But the stuff is really gross, I was once offered a bag that literally had a layer of sand on the bottom of the bag. 8o
 
I'm from Canada, here is what I used to pay when I was a stoner (not very long ago)

I always bought by the Oz

for A quality weed I paid 180$CA / Oz during the winter, and about 130$CA / Oz from sept-dec

Premium grade bubble hash for 140$CA / Oz all year long
