Tinder, Fetlife, dating apps that have a casual sex option like OkCupid. There's hardly a shortage of places to look.

Fetlife is good, for most people. If your fetishes/interests aren't too far outside the norm, you shouldn't have any trouble meeting people. There are groups for just about every locale and fetish under the sun. The only downside is that you can't do a search by age, gender, etc. A lot of the activity is centered around the location-specific meet-ups, or "munches," that the groups hold.

Craigslist is good if you want minimal hassle. Just look in casual encounters. The gender ratio is pretty skewed on there though.
