Mental Health Meds that help for anxiety (other than Benzos and MAOIs)

Well a low dose of seroquel only has really antihistamine effects. It starts to be antipsychotic at 200-300 mg.

Probably not the best thing for anxiety unless its caused from racing thoughts from bipolar or sczhophrenia.

It will quiet your mind in that case.

Like i said, 300 three times a day can be titrated upwards. Are we talking about being perscribed?
 
Ask your pdoc to up the dose then. Or take it with meals and carbonated drinks to increase bioavailability.
 
anti psycs wont work both psychiatrists just think i have schizophrenia cos of some things i told them that were happening at the time that were real.
