Meclizine (dramamine) dosage for opiate nausea?

It's been a really long week for me so I figured I'd relax tonight and take some oxy. I'm somewhat new to opiates so tolerance is low right now and for me that usually means really bad nausea. I would usually take 25-50mg of hydroxyzine to successfully curb the nausea I get from oxys but I ran out of those pills and all I could find were some dramamine non drowsy (meclizine) pills in my medication stash. It says take 1 pill (25mg each) an hour before activity for motion sickness but I don't know if it's the same for opiates. I'm planning on taking about 20mg of oxy orally after the dramamine kicks in. Does anyone have any idea what dosage of dramamine would be enough to prevent nausea from 20mg of oxy? I have always had huge fear of throwing up for some reason so I would prefer to be completely free of nausea.
