As far as I know there has not been any evidence that mdma will cause any direct pancreas problems.
If you are concerned with your overall health, I would keep your usage of drugs to a minimum. But rolling twice a year or something wont harm you (if done correctly).
I would be more concerned about drinking alcohol every other month (if you care about the health of your organs).
Roll safe and not to often and you dont have to worry.
