Hi guys, I'm on moclobemide 300mg daily dose. I got a party tonight and we're planning to take ecstasy pill (there's only one report in the web and it says it's MDxx). I haven't taken the moclo today and I am wondering if I can take whole ecstasy pill (it'll be over 35h since my last moclo dose) or should I take drugs and go for half of a pill? How to play it?

according to this paper, MAO activity is completely restored 24h after the last dose, so you should be fine with a whole pill (if the pill is of proper quality and contains an appropriate dose; there are some 200mg pills floating around, so if you get one of those half a pill would most likely be enough).
