I have done MDMA quite a few times, did my first pill a few weeks ago too. But on the weekend I went to a rave, did about half a gram, and was fucked. Had an awesome time. Bear in mind I usually smash more than that in a night. My come down lasted three days but I've suddenly become really paranoid. I've never had this before but everytime I go out in public I feel like everybody is staring at me or is judging me. will this wear off eventually? Any tips on how to deal with it and keep me calm when I go out? Any help would be much appreciated
