I have GERD (chronic acid reflux) and have to take Zantac 150 mg twice a day, everyday in order to keep my reflux under control. My husband and I are going with some friends to a concert coming up and I wanted to try MDMA for the first time, but wasn't sure if Zantac would react with it in a bad way? I've tried doing a search but haven't found much info. If anyone has any advice or info they can share, that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello!
Ranitidine seems to have a fairly low affinity for the liver enzymes that you rely on to break down MDMA, and it doesn't act on the brain to speak of, so it shouldn't be a problem to take it while using MDMA.
