MDMA and Opiates

Hi

Does high dosage Tramadol daily usage 800mg can block the high from MDMA or Meth?

When I stop Meth a few months, the next use is great because of the long time. But while taken every week the effects are less there.

So if I take Tramadol or opiates for a month.

Will I get a bigger high after one month without Meth.

Or does the opiates build Meth tolerance??
