MDMA and betamethasone + cetirizine

I have to start taking cetirizine because of seasonal allergy. Will it reduce effect of MDMA?
In addition to cetirizine I need several injections of betamethasone for three months. Is it dangerous to combine betamethasone with MDMA?

I don't think it's dangerous, I think neither antihistamines nor steroids are going to have interactions with MDMA. However if you were prescribed the betamethasone for an infection it could cause problems. MDMA lowers your immunal response tremendously, so if you already have an infection it might make it worse
