MDMA after DXM

Hi guys, yesterday, (Monday,) I took a small dose of DXM (approx 130mg.)

Today (Tuesday) I took another (45mg) for tolerance and potentiation of codeine.

This weekend, on Saturday night, I'd like to take MDMA.

Would that be safe?

I've done a lot of reading about how long one should wait. Everything from waiting up to two weeks , to waiting one week, to a few days, to "roboflipping" (taking both substances at once, which sounds unbelievably unsafe and stupid if indeed SS can occur even within 7 days of last dosing DXM.)

You'll be fine to take MDMA on Saturday if you don't take anymore DXM until then.
