MDA and Venlafaxine (serotonin syndrome)

Hello, I want to ask a question. If I take 225 mg Venlafaxine (Effexor) daily, how high is the risk of serotonin syndrome if I take a bit of MDA?

You should be fine....Venlafaxine is an SNRI(selective Norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor), not an SSRI(Seratonin)

This is not correct, an SNRI inhibits reuptake of both serotonin and norepinephrine, not only norepinephrine. Shouldn't cause serotonin syndrome in any case combined with MDMA (neither do SSRIs actually) but I wouldn't recommend taking them together, it can be an unpredictable combo. Please verify your info before sharing it with people, wrong information can cause a lot of harm
