Marijuana and Blood

Hello, I was wondering about the use of cannabis and its effects on blood platelet levels. Can weed lower your platelet counts?

I received platelet rich plasma treatment about a week ago, and was wondering if smoking pot would diminish recovery.

welcome to BL, i don't recall hearing anything about platelets. there have been some studies linking cannabis to white blood cell count but no reliable conclusions were made.
