Making capsules - what to use as an inert binder/filler?

this is the scale i use for weighing substances with doses less than a tenth of a gram..

it's extremely accurate and comes at a great price too! It also comes with a neat storage container and a couple calibration weights. it also comes with i nice pair of tweezers..for diamonds and gems i suppose. i even used it to weigh out doses of 2c-P which are 5mg! (0.005g) worked great

I'm pretty sure like half of Bluelight owns that scale lol. Need new batteries for mine, though it's still relatively accurate.
