I know Magnesium oxide is the worse kind and have some chelated on the way but it wont arrive in time so oxide is all i have. I've heard some vague things about increasing bioavailability with calcium and increasing stomach acid but not sure about the details.
Anyway, I want to avoid biting the hell out of my gums like I did last time... How much magnesium oxide/other stuff should I take to stop the gurning but hopefully not relax my bowels?
Not sure if it matters but the stuff I have is the cheap tablets that fizz in water from the supermarket.
