Antidepressant s work by causing brain to release serotonin. This is serotonin being temporarily replaced, while on the microdose. It stays for another day or two . Does this cause natural serotonin any suppression, since the serotonin that shows up, is a synthetic source?
When asking the question does it feel natural, it doesn't. I've done other things that don't feel natural. The purpose for this is to encourage the person to use this for whatever they desire to, which is best to be something to positively enhance their life.

So this can be healthy to encourage someone to do away with thoughts they've been having, don't want or aren't useful, and have these thoughts have been continuing longer than a person would prefer. This is the least it can encourage one to do better ,in their life. Is this correct?
Further, it can help someone develop new thoughts to encourage them to create more of the life they attract, faster than they may be able to without any outside substance, as some may call it biohacking?
