Nootropics Lsd microdose protocol for quiting kratom?!

I have quite alot of experience with lsd and other psychedelics.
In the past i havent really enjoyed using microdoses of lsd.
Usually most kinds ive tried have basicly just given me jitters and anxiety at doses below 50ug.
Even 5-10ug of several types havent been great.
Mushrooms on the other hand has been alot more mellow.

However i have a good source of a needle point that is something totally different ime.(Lets leave the discussion about lsd quality out, my experience is subjective of course but i feel the difference)

This acid has always been a nice experience, ive tried it at many doses between 10-500ug.



Anyway ive been on kratom for almost a year now.
I mix strains daily so ive been able to keep the doses at 5-10g per day luckily.
However i do take maybe 15g once per week.


Last time i quit kratom it felt like the withdrawal never really stopped.
I was off for about 6months but still felt off before going back on.

I dont think its just the opiate effects of kratom that creates the withdrawal either.
I suspect it does things similar to an ssri aswell.
I cant prove it but its my gut feeling and humch talking.


Ive already started to taper, and im planning on quiting totally around new years eve or close by.


Anyway ive been taking about 10-20ug of the needlepoint daily for the last few days.
And im shocked how much better i feel in general.
Usually i dose kratom as soon as i wake up and then get stuck browsing crap on my phone for a few hours.
Like really shitty routines i get stuck in from being in a cloud of kratom haze.


But i noticed that i basicly forgot to dose my kratom the last few mornings...
Ive dosed the lsd as soon as i wake up.
Ive also not used my phone or distracted myself with bullshit as much as im used to aswell.
(Less porn, junk food etc)

So i have some hope that it will help alot with the lethargy and emotional rollercoaster that quiting kratom will bring.

The last time it wasnt really that bad the first week.
Sure i had body aches and alot of issues with temperature and other opiate wd effects.
But the real nightmare began like a month after quiting.
Basicly felt like a mdma crash that didnt go away.
I ended up using adhd meds to study and was just a mess untill i started with kratom again.


But now almost a year into kratom it just sucks.
Does nothing except delaying the wd basicly.
Also my skin health is getting worse and worse and my stomach is getting more bloated etc.


My biggest concern is how to regulate the microdosing.
I know most protocols have you dosing a few days then a break etc.
But at least in the beginning i will probably want to dose daily.

So tolerance might be an issue, i have a good supply so i have no issues with increasing the dose of needed.
But the issue is that it may be hard to know how much is enough.
I dont want to be tripping if i have to be around people etc.
 
I have been as long as 9 months microdosisn non stop, basically micro and minidoosages of 5-meo-mipt with some 3-meo-pce´s dips too

If you keep the dosage low enought it can be working like 6 days a week and a 7th to sleep and recharge. Some real microdoses of 3-meo-pce, in my case probably helped maintain the synapses fresh. 1 or 2mgs every other day

It was not only sustainable but one of the best and more happy and productive periods of my life. Of course YMMV

I guess you know some iboga could help too both in mini dosages or low-flood to fresh reset and kickstart a new phase without kratom

Good to know, so far ive done about 3days on and 1day off.
Still tinkering with the dose, tried about 7-15ug so far.
The only issue so far is the first days i dosed around 11am or a tad later.
So i had some issues falling asleep the first days.
But i also woke up later so not sure what is the factor.
But yesterday i woke up around 7am and dosed before 8..
And i had no issues at all to sleep before 11pm that night.

How much are you using?

I can recommend you mucuna pruriens, black seed oil, ashwagandha and, specially... Tongkat Ali, for recovering from kratom abuse,
tongkat takes a couple days to work, but you feel much more alive, witty, motivated, full of youthful energy, that energy that kratom seems to give at the beginning, till it drains your "inner supply".

I think I would try with some tryptamines, instead of using lisergamides, if it causes you to feel unnerved.
some little dose of 5-meo-mipt or 4-ho-mipt works just right, but I didn't try many other synth tryptamines, so maybe there's a better one for microdosing.

I try to stay under 10g per day, with some higher doses occasionally..
I rotate strains as much as possible, i feel it helps alot with tolerance.

I def prefer mushrooms in general for microdosing, but atm i dont have a steady supply.
But got some liquid mycelium so that might change soon.

I have some 4acodmt, but really dont want to use it for microdosing.
Id rather explore higher doses with what ive got left.

I actually have some tong cat already, but its the red one so its not as good as the yellow ive read.



So far ive done a few micro days with the acid the last week.
I took a little to much a few times but nothing to serious.
But in general i felt alot of benefits when finding the sweetspot.
Felt alot easier to wait between kratom doses, and i had in general alot more focus and less brainfog.
However i did experience a slight comedown after taking a day off after 2on.
Next week im going to not do it several days in a row.
Just about 7-10ug on the days i go the gym, i really enjoyed the mind muscle connection i got.
Wasnt pushy either like taking stims pre workout.
Just a hightened sense of awareness and ability to feel my movements better.
I did take it easy since i didnt know how i would feel afterwards.
But now afterwards i dont think it made my recovery worse in any way.
 
May i suggest a high quality st johns wort (Gaia is good) as it will exponentially increase the rate at which your liver clears kratom's alkaloids from your body, in addition to some nice effects on serotonin such as upregulation, etc.

I messed with kratom on and off for ten years, every time even if i only took it 5 or 6 days in a row, when I'd stop i'd have the most brutal fatigue. And it made me so irritable - probably because it causes accumulation of norepinephrine. Kratom is also one of the worst regarding contamination with heavy metals and such.

Try a potent kava paste, skullcap, but ideally pay attention to your diet.

Try arctic cod liver oil, you wouldn't believe what regular DHA intake will do for you. DHA is vital for production of all kinds of neurotransmitters, endocannabinoid, etc. But we get so little of it in our diets. Throw some citicoline in there too - the uridine combined with DHA is proven to cause synaptogenesis, and upregulation of all kinds of great things like tyrosine hydroxylase etc.

Exercise - cardio, resistance training, and stretching. All 3 in balance are crucial for optimum health.

Simply trying to remove a bad habit has never worked for me. I have to slowly add good things into my life and kinda get my shit together. Hang in there
