Lsd and DMT cross tolerace

I did two tabs of good LSD yesterday and was wondering if LSD and DMT contributes to the same duration of cross-tolerance as would LSD and mushooms?
Ie. weeks break minimum before best effects and best recall from DMT trip is seen

If it's smoked DMT I think you're good to go. Oral DMT seems to take a lot of your psychedelic receptors for a good few weeks - perhaps because it's so explosively psychedelic?
