LSD After MDMA

Hey bluelighters,

I did a moderate dose (at least for myself) of 150mg of MDMA on Monday and I know that it isn't the best idea to do any psychedelics the day after mdma like at a music festival or something due to being out of it, negative head space, etc., but any opinions on how long you should wait after a night of mdma use?

No major comedown effects , but I am still slightly emotional haha

I guess it's up to you to decide when you feel well enough to take a trip.

Physiologically I don't think it'd be that harmful to use within a short space of time - again, it's more about your head space.

Whenever you feel OK to take it. I usually wait 2-3 days to make my emotional sensitivity go back to 'baseline'. Next time I'll probably try the day after my roll when I feel a nice afterglow.

LSD on the comedown of MDMA is fantastic - couple of hours after your last pill. Same time as your last pill - just remember that you have taken LSD and your comedown may be long, but it will be sparkly. Don't come down completely from the MDMA before your drop your LSD - (MDMA has a long come down for a reason :D )
