Everything you mentioned, adderal, pain meds, and alcohol cause dehydration. I can almost guarantee that's what the problem is. Even though you take precautions, they can still dehydrate you making the muscles stiff. Not only does adderal dehydrate you, but it alone can stiffen muscles.

I've been having low back pain, extremely. Can't sleep even when I'm literally falling asleep. Only when I'm coming down off the addys. Though this time it hurts worse but I kinda binged out for 2 days woops. But has me worried. I had a ostomy surgery last year and have my pancreas / instestines temoved.
Any thoughts?

I had this too when i had a higher dosage of modafinil , and back in the days when i was using dextro-amphetamine.
Now i'm using a lower dosage of modafinil and now my back doesn't hurt anymore.
