Low Estrogen?

I'll ne getting tested again on Monday.

My diet isn't perfect but it isn't bad. I have to force myself to eat rather often but it's (mostly) the proper foods.

I wish I ate more. I'd have significantly greater gains.

Would a dht blocker be any use for acne??

You know my thoughts on excessive polypharmacy Mr nolys.. A DHT blocker would be a bad idea especially when coming off cycle due to its effects on DHT:Estrogen ratio.. Knocking out DHT would put you at greater risk of estrogenic side effects, especially when testosterone was being reduced or stopped altogether....
Careful management of testosterone dosing by dropping other compounds first prior to cessation of test, then using a taper to gradually lower test dose might be best to avoid excessive hormonal fluctuations...

Stay off high glycemic foods, include a protein source in every meal, (fish, chicken) don't forget carbs (sweet potato, rice, pasta) essential fats (Olives, avocado, olive oil).. Some nuts n seeds.. Berries.. (eat fruit separate to other foods, to avoid fermentation in digestive system) brazil nuts (5 a day for adequate thyroid function).. Dont forget greens, n salad vegetables...

I've found you this from another forum:

For an 8 oz bottle:
-5.5 ounces Rubbing Alcohol
-2.5 ounces Witch Hazel (I use Hydrogen Peroxide)
-8 uncoated aspirin tablets

1. Mix all ingredients together in a clean bottle of some sort, so that you cake shake it up - which will break down the aspirin tablets.
2. Apply to cotton ball and wipe the area where acne is most present
3. Each time you use the solution, you'll probably want to shake up the bottle.

Aspirin: "Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory - the salicylic acid (the same ingredient as in many acne treatments) in the aspirin also helps dry the pimple out and tighten your skin"
Rubbing Alcohol: "Rubbing alcohol has a host of uses, such as home cleaning, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, healing muscle sores and even burns"
Hydrogen Peroxide: "...skin surface, hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic agent capable of killing off bacteria. It also serves as an exfoliants and can increase skin turnover. In acne treatment, only diluted solutions of hydrogen peroxide should be used. 3% hydrogen peroxide is the highest strength of the bleaching solution that should be applied on the skin."

You should expect results within a few days if applied 1-3 times per day. I do not have cystic acne, so I cannot speak on that. Furthermore, the solution does not have a pleasant smell, so I would advise washing your face with a cleanser roughly 10 minutes after cleaning your face with the astringent.

Wouldn't be for my face I have 0 acne on my face for some reason seems to be mybback ends up lik a pepperoni pizza but thanks for that probably better than the bullshit the doctors give me...
Would this help even though the acne is causedbby a hormonal imbalance?

Just noticed this iI'm asking purely out of iinterest, I'veffound the cure to acne without drugs, it's called tanning llol.
I'd buy accutane if needs be I'm still young I'm not too bothered about polypharmacy if it's effective. I know that shit is harsh but it not bothered

I like the Ulta 10.0.6 for a pre-made astringent, anti inflammatory pore cleaner. Really old "tried and true" formula, apparently. Place is kind of like walking into a hair boutique, but it can also be ordered online.

Bacne is a pain... seem to get it from clomid or ostarine no matter what. The low dose accutane sounds most effective. There are also acne lights which supposedly help to clear skin like tanning but without the UV exposure. Would love to find hormonal causes...

Does anybody know if you take accutane, will itpprevent future hormonal induced recurrences? I know it's supposed to stop it happening again when a normal person uses it but what if the acne is hormonally induced

Unfortunately, not in my experience. Had mostly clear skin after moderate prescribed accutane for severe cystic acne as a teen. Ran test and other compounds in late 20's and skin erupted with severe lesions during PCT... skin was completely clear and oily while ON high test, so that kinda throws a brick into the oil production theory of causing acne. If anything, diet was less healthy on cycle, with all kinds of food including junk food. Haven't used compounds/meds at all in over a year, and acne is mild-moderate now, so running cycles seems to have negated long term benefits from prior accutane use.

Keep in mind that using accutane promotes scarring while it's in your system. There are also the liver and possible kidney issues from use.

PCT levels of testosterone were no good for the skin, either. About as much fun as PCT. So, the best scenario in my case was high test levels, which aren't legally sustainable in this region.

I am so so worried........
Please can someone help me?
I am 33 and I was on the contraceptive pill for 15 years. Approximately 8 months ago I decided to stop to try for a baby.
Initially I had bad stomach pains but they subsided. I have had very bad PMT (poor bf), headaches (seems to subside when I increased my water intake), I have been feeling dizzy mostly first thing in the morning then they wear off by the afternoon.
I didn't track the first 4 months of my period but they were happening and didn't notice any concerns. The last 3 months I began tracking.
September - pretty normal 26 day cycle.
October - stopped and started over a 6/7 day period.
November - started on exact day I predicted.
Then it all started going pear shaped......
December - period never appeared.
Started with slight hot flushes. Went to the doctors who sent me for blood tests to test for early menopause and thyroid function etc etc.
This is when I started to panick!!! Menopause?!?! I'm 33!!!!!! I been worried all over Christmas playing on my mind constantly.
Had my blood test results..... Doctor said "estrogen levels are a level that I would expect from a woman in her late 40s early 50s on their menopause, I will send you to a specialist or your body getting used to coming off the pill".
Well let's put it this way.... I have not stopped crying since being to the doctors 5 days ago.
I can't go through menopause yet!!!! I want children!! 7 months of being off pill, 7 periods then just suddenly stopped?!?! Can this happen?
Missed my second period too that was due 6 days ago too.
I'm getting myself in a right state over it! To the point my family are worried about me.
What are your views on my situation? Please help I need some help in knowing what this could be! Menopause or just effects of coming off pill?
Please help? Thankyou.

You could be pregnant :)
Edit : if that was true, your estrogen levels should be high though

I suggest you see a specialist...

You may be nearing perimenopause, ie: ovulation becomes irregular, making conception more difficult.

Menopause marks a year after a woman's last period, signaling that hormone levels have dropped sufficiently to stop the body from ovulating:

• Drop in hormone levels. The production of essential sex hormones, estrogen and progesterone, plays a vital role in your body's inability to conceive after menopause. When your hormone levels decrease, your body stops functioning the way it did before menopause. Many changes occur that cause you to experience the unpleasant side effects of menopause and that also stop allowing you to have children.

• End of ovulation. Ovulating refers to the moment when a woman's ovary releases an egg to be fertilized. During the menstrual cycle, an egg is released about two weeks before you began your period. When your body stops ovulating, eggs are no longer released for fertilization, making it impossible for you to get pregnant.

It may be that your body is adjusting to cessation of an oral contraceptive pill after 15 years...

Or it could be that you are entering perimenopause, (the beginning of early menopausal type symptoms, but not full menopause)... Your GP or an endocrinologist can best advise after tests....

Ok... since posting last I had changed from sustanon (125mg e3d to test Cyp 200mg e3d). I had bloods taken last week and received the results today. The main concern is:

ESTRADIOL,ULTRASEN,LC/MS/MS2 183 pg/mL

Last time I had bloods they were unable to test estradiol due to not having enough of a sample. This time, they were unable to provide test levels due to an insufficient sample (shitty practices on their part but for $20 I can tolerate the inefficiency)

So, I am undecided on aromasin or arimidex. Any thoughts?
