Lost my life because of SSRI overdose

Hello. I'm an Indian male who is 26 years old. 7 years back I overdosed a Premature Ejaculation drug mistakenly for Asthma pill. The drug is of SSRI class called Dapoxetine. Since then I'm suffering severe Insomnia, verbal memory loss, recalling things that happened a day before, severe Brain Fog, anxiety in front of confident people. The most terrible symptoms are severe concentration problems, inability to drive motorbike, inability to do complex limbic movements, my penis have permanently shrunk less than 2 inches & it's been the same since this many years. I have mild tremors & I can't type the correct letters in the phone keyboard. MRI & other blood tests are normal.
