Okay since I've started using morphine nearly 3 months ago, I've been finding it hard to urinate like I've had to strain and push hard to go. Then if I stop pushing, the flow of urine stops. So the flow is constantly stopping and starting until my bladder is empty. The problem I have now is I can't even feel when I need to urinate like the sense/feeling of needing to urinate is not there. I can have a full bladder and not have any urge or sensation to want to go. Is this urinary retention? Although I can't find loss of sensation to urinate a symptom of urinary retention. I am female.
