Looking to lower my heart rate so I can sell plasma

Heart rate can't be over 100bpm to donate plasma. Obviously I don't take anything before hand that would cause my heart rate to go higher, but I do suffer from anxiety, so it's high anyway.

I know I can take benzos and such but those are tough for SWIM to come by currently, so I'm looking for something OTC that might help. Is there anything that fits this description? I suspect there isn't, but I figure I'd ask anyway.

Thanks in advance

That's a high resting heart rate. I don't think you're going to find a quick fix, but maybe getting regular exercise would help it lower naturally.

Stay away from caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, soda) and not just the day of donation

Do you know why yours is so high?

OTC nothing comes to mind although rx wise I think propranolol will do the trick. Used on label for hypertension and off label for anxiety. Just don't use too much as we don't want your bp or heart rate too low.

I just can't be around people too much. I make them uneasy, they make me uneasy. Know what I mean?

Thanks for the advices.
