Hello;

Please excuse me if I seem ignorant I know very little about botany. Also keep in mind English is not my native language so excuse me also If it is a bit rocky and not that smooth;

As far as I know every strain of cannabis has a different optimal light/dark period in order to induce optimal growth and flowering (for example 18/6 or 12/12 and so on)

So far so good.

But regarding the light itself: I know you can costumize the used wavelength of LED-lighting devices. So what wavelengths are nanometers is the best option? (I read somewhere 620 + 423 nm with a touch of whole spectrum infra-red now and again)

Thank you for your help and any input

So, you are asking what spectrum of light is best for certain stages of growth the plants are in?
