Hi everyone.
Lately I've been scavenging the internet for answers on my main symptoms of my comedown - my lack of excitement (anhedonia) and anxiety
Several times I have stumbled across licorice root as a supplement which apparently has helped a lot of people. This is mostly people who suffer from an SSRI-induced depression including anxiety and anhedonia.
Out of curiosity I would like to know if anyone in here have have any experience with licorice root tea? It's should be absolutely harmless, as it doesn't necessarily contain caffein (but it can interfere with the blood pressure if you drink too much)
