Just... why? Microdots are basically little pills. There's nothing particularly special about them and it's hard to do them sublingually anyway, which is the nice thing about blotters and sugar cubes. You'd probably want to use a pill press with some typical binders (gelatin, cornstarch), distilled water, and LSD; that's not too hard to buy, but it doesn't make any sense to me.

^I was always under the assumption that in pill form like microdots, LSD would have greater stability and thus be easier to keep for the future. Is this wrong to assume? Obviously one could create a perfect environment for the drug be it any format, but I figured microdots would be best for when you can't make that perfect environment.

There's nothing special about microdots that would cause them to protect LSD hermetically or anything. water and air can still diffuse into the starch or sugar based binders/bulking agents.
