That taking aspirin and/or the food preservative, sodium benzoate, should increase the half-life of bare phenyl amphetamines, including (possibly) propylhexedrine.
 
By what logic does that work?
Le Chatelier's principle is only applicable to reversible "equilibrium" reactions. The metabolism of amphetamine is irreversible and takes multiple steps before it reaches benzoic acid.

Also, why has this supposed effect not been documented? Sodium benzoate is a common food preservative and amphetamines have more than 100 years of human usage.
 
Just a hypothesis.

The dosage of sodium benzoate is very low in common foods.
