Lamictal, sodium valproate and coke/mdma?

I am on sodium valproate and lamictal (lamotrigine). Will coke and mdma still work on me? I know antipsychotics and certain antidepressants block these drugs, but I was wondering if anyone who's on lamictal or sodium valproate could share their experiences.

I don't know about MDMA but I've used coke while taking both those drugs together and the affect was no different than before
