Suppose swim gets the vivitrol (naltrexone for suspended release) shot and wants to use Kratom, but Kratom doesn't work bc of the opioid receptor block...how long does swim have to wait until Kratom will take effect? The shot lasts 28 days, but it starts wearing off after a while, and swim hears that after the 21 or so day mark, effects can be felt. But swim doesn't want to waste what little product swim has left. Anyone with experience on these two drugs?
