I have - Concerta 36mg - Valium 5mg - Tramadol 100mg - Lyrica ( pregabalin ) 300 mg.

what would be the best mix for a good high.

Note - I am an Upper guy - with high tolerance.

If you like uppers then MDMA is the best bet in my opinion.
Do some research and find the best quality you can get. Reddit and here are good resources.

Here , I only have access to all controlled medicines , so any meds you recommend?

I don't know much about controlled medicines other than benzodiazepans feel good once an then amplify my depression.
Google dark web sites. *Snip* seems to be a good one at the moment.

Whatever you do, avoid mixing that cocktail with tramadol!

Just wanted to point out that 'how can I get high?' threads aren't really allowed in Basic Drug Discussion as we are primarily focused on harm reduction rather than getting wasted.

For future reference, the way you phrase your posts makes all the difference. If you had asked "are there any issues with this combination of substances?" then that would fall within our guidelines.

But as others have said, leave Tramadol out of the mix.
